Excellent install, came prepared for everything, was friendly to the cat who wouldn’t leave him alone. Took care of rebate and registration paperwork so I wouldn’t have to. Only replaced the furnace - didn’t try to upsell me on components that were still functional.

“Diagnosed Ongoing Furnace Shutdown Within Minutes”
Experienced ongoing furnace issues and others tried, but could not properly diagnose why it continued shutting down. Wil is the best! We have used him twice now. This last time our water heater went out and he picked up one on his way to replace ours, he answered all my questions prior to coming as far as what he advised we replace the old with. He arrived right when he said he would, got everything replaced and everything was clean and we had hot water in no time. Best guy in the Twin Cities!

I called Wil as he was recommended on the Lakeville page to come and diagnose and provide an estimate on my noisy HVAC system. Long story short he came over, fiddled with vents, checked the blower motor, tested static pressure etc. He charged me for his trip and provided an estimate afterward of what he thinks may fix the issue.
