Performance Mechanical based in Prior Lake, Minnesota is owned and operated by Wil Fonder. Wil is a Prior Lake local who has worked in the commercial and residential HVAC/R market for many years. Wil holds journeyman’s and masters licenses, allowing Performance Mechanical to be a versatile company. Wil has always had a vision of leadership and ownership. Wil shows his care for the industry through his work, by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to each and every customer!

    Wil has a rich background in the HVAC/R field. Having earned his Associates of Applied Science Degree in HVAC/R System Servicing through Dunwoody College of Technology and completing the St. Paul Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program, Wil carries extensive education and hands on experience in the residential and commercial sectors of the HVAC industry. Wil's commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and providing top-notch service is brought out with every job. Wil is the face of Performance Mechanical, he is who is on the other end of the phone when you call and he is the one that shows up to solve your heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration issue!
